Live from AUT’s Creative Tech Conference 2010

AUT Creative Tech Conference 2010

Date: 10 – 11 September 2010 (2 day event)

Location: AUT 55 Wellesley Street, Auckland

This event is dedicated to the phenomenon that is Apple. The event will showcase Expert guest speakers nationally and internationally that will offer a broad mix of ‘byte-sized’ talks or presentations, from practical ‘how to’ showcases of the latest Apple, Adobe, FileMaker and Microsoft software, to advanced development talks on the iPhone and iPad, plus expert insight into ‘technology for tomorrow’.

    I didn't go to the Creative Technologies session, although I was curious as I was in the second year of the Multimedia Major of their Bachelor of Communication Studies, back in the day. 🙂

    A certain percentage of customers do rate apps, and a smaller number review them. So it kind of depends on your downloads how many ratings or reviews you will get overall. (We've got a 4.5 star rating in the US app store… it can be done, even if you get negative reviews, as we have in the past)

    AppComments.com is a useful resource for reviewing reviews (as it were) AppAnnie.com can get all your reviews from all stores, but you need to create a login for that.

    Jacinda ADERN – but hey, good stuff, thanks for taking the time to cover CreativeTech.
    The joke about the cores was due to the contrast between Zane's insane computational rendering on many cores compared to Dorothy's older single-core Macs her students do such exciting things with.
