You can’t have a productivity list without Dropbox!

7. Dropbox $FREE NZD

The last app on the list had to be free, it had to be amazing and it had to have that wow factor. Although Dropbox has been around for yonks and everyone knows about it – it really is the best, that’s why I have saved  it for last.

Dropbox lets you bring all your photos, docs, and videos anywhere and share them easily. Access any file you save to your Dropbox from all your computers, iPhone, iPad and even the Dropbox website!

I use this app every single day. I use it to share files and documents with companies I write for. I have heaps of shared folders, and simply upload my work – then on the other end it gets downloaded and voila. Done! Its great for large images and video files – in fact, it is a life saver!

As you can see – I have a variety of boxes! The app lets you create folders, upload docs from your iPhone to any folder you choose, and it all syncs nice and easy and is available for to access instantly on your other devices.
