Socialbakers will be absorbing EdgeRank Checker’s entire client portfolio, made up of over 700 Fortune 500 companies and major entertainment brands, bolstering Socialbakers’ presence and growing its own client base by nearly a third.
The acquisition announcement follows on Socialbakers’ recent announcement of $26 million in funding from Index Ventures for product development and international expansion.
