We are stoked to be supporting the NZ Marketing Summit for 2017! This awesome event is coming to Auckland on the 21st of September and promises to have something for everyone.
“Designed with the senior marketing executive in mind, the annual NZ Marketing Summit is the key opportunity for New Zealand’s leading marketers across all major industry sectors to examine issues, share insights and bench-mark best practice”.
The 2017 Summit has 4 international keynote speakers from top brands: Foxtel, Buzzfeed, Les Mills International and Country Road, along with a number of other great local speakers. They will explore trends and opportunities for reaching customers in new and innovative ways, creating lasting experiences and strengthening a brand in today’s competitive marketplace. To do this they have split the Summit into 3 streams: Digital & Social, Brand & Content, Tech & Experiential. These are detailed below.
Digital & Social: Developing your digital advantage.
With a focus on the all-important suite of mobile, digital and social marketing tools, this stream is all about reaching customers in new and innovative ways. Digital techniques enable marketers to share, connect and engage while creating lasting experiences for their consumers.
Brand & Content: Creating a lasting impression for modern consumers.
A strong brand is still one of the most important elements in today’s competitive marketplace. The brand and content stream focuses on how you can get your brand to stand out, defining your brand voice and how to sell that story to the world. It will delve into lasting strategies for New Zealand organisations with a mix of established and up-and-coming organisations.
Tech & Experiential: Designing value through data-driven marketing technology and experiential moments.
This stream examines the impact of marketing technologies and experiential offerings on your marketing strategies, and how you can utilise these methods to generate interest and better interact with the modern consumer.
There are also 2 separately bookable workshops for the day following the Summit. These full-day workshops will dive deeper into some of the ideas discussed during the Summit. Ian Howard, Chief Strategy Officer at Little Giant will “take your brand strategy to the next level to engage audiences and get results” in Brand Building Blocks 2.0. Max Johns, Director of Content Strategy, Simplified, will “sharpen your storytelling chops to produce high-quality content as an expert team” at The Content Workshop.
